Shipping Policy

Premade Items:
Please allow up to 1.5 weeks for your order to be shipped.

Preorder Items:
We collect all orders before entering "bulk production."
Production typically takes 6–8 weeks, depending on order volume.
Once production is complete, please allow 1–2 weeks for packaging and shipping.

International Orders:
We are not responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees upon delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping Responsibility:
Once an order has been handed over to USPS, UPS, or DHL, we are not liable for any lost, delayed, or damaged packages during transit.
