First — thank you all for your patience and continued support. Your orders mean everything, and I’ve been working nonstop to get everything prepared properly.


🟢 Fulfillment Update — Feb 20

Orders Packed
All Black Friday orders have now been fully packed and prepared for shipment.


📦 Shipping Date — Feb 23

All packages will begin shipping out on February 23rd. Once your order is scanned in by the carrier, you will automatically receive your tracking information via email.


✈️ What Happens Next

  • Packages are handed off to the carrier

  • Tracking emails go out automatically

  • Orders begin moving through the network

How Our Preorder Process Works

We want to make sure you always know what to expect when placing a preorder with us. Below is the step-by-step process so there’s no confusion.


Step 1: Orders Are Placed

All orders are collected and processed during the week of the drop.


Step 2: Production Planning

The total quantity of items is sent to our manufacturer. They carefully review everything to ensure the correct sizes, details, and specifications are in place before production begins.


Step 3: Manufacturing (4–5 Weeks)

Production begins. Each piece is made to order with precise attention to detail and quality.

  • This stage usually takes 4–5 weeks.

  • We provide weekly updates on the website so you can follow along with the progress.


Step 4: Shipment to Us & Preparation

Once the bulk order is complete, it is shipped from our manufacturer to us.

  • The order goes through customs before arriving.

  • When received, we personally handle every detail: counting inventory, checking quality, writing handwritten notes, and preparing each package.

  • This is when tracking numbers are created. You’ll receive yours once your shipping label is purchased.

  • Packing and preparation usually take 1–3 days to complete.


Step 5: Shipping to You

We hand off your package to USPS or UPS.

  • It may take a few hours for tracking numbers to update in the system.

  • Once updated, you’ll be able to follow your package’s journey until it arrives at your door.


Possible Delays

While we do everything to stay on schedule, delays can sometimes happen during manufacturing or shipping. If this occurs, we’ll post an urgent update on the website right away so you’re always in the loop.
